Within Ukraine, delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta to the office or delivery service or to the customer’s address.
In Kiev it's possible to pickup an order from our showroom at 13 Demiivska.
Express delivery. In Kiev during working hours the paid order can be sent within an hour by taxi. This type of delivery is paid by the customer.
Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out through international airmail. Delivery takes from 7 to 21 days. The cost depends on the weight of the package. When processing the order, the shipping cost will be calculated and sent to the buyer.
Payment is possible through such international money transfer systems: WesternUnion, MoneyGram, Payoneer.
We always have a return / exchange option.
Return of ctrl products = return without any questions.
If the product that was purchased or delivered does not fit or does not appropriate for any other reason, the buyer has the right to return or exchange it for a similar product within 14 days. Delivery in case of an exchange / return is at the buyer's expense.
