Delivery, returns & exchanges
Delivery within Ukraine
Within Ukraine, delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta" or "Ukrposhta" to the postal office or to the customers address. The cost is determined by the tariffs of the selected delivery company.
Attention! If you have chosen the "cash on delivery" option for delivery to a "Nova Poshta" office, the package must be picked up within five days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.
For delivery to a post office box, if the package is not collected within three days, Nova Poshta will transfer it to the nearest office.
In Kyiv, self-pickup from the CTRL store is possible at 86/1 Holosiivskiy Ave.
Express Delivery
Within Kyiv during working hours, we can arrange delivery by taxi for paid orders. This type of delivery is at the expense of the buyer.
Additional services provided by postal operators, such as redirection and return of funds, are paid by the customer:
- - "Nova Poshta" - 20 UAH + 2% for money transfer.
- - "Ukrposhta" - 1% for money transfer.
If a return is made without the sender's fault under free delivery, the initial delivery cost is deducted from the order amount when refunded.
International Delivery
Deliveries outside of Ukraine are carried out through International Air Mail (Ukrposhta) or Nova Poshta Global. The delivery time ranges from 3 to 21 days, depending on the delivery method and the destination country. The cost is determined based on the weight of the package and the chosen delivery method. The delivery cost will be calculated and provided to the customer during order processing.
International delivery requires full prepayment for the order and shipping since payment for international delivery can only be made during the shipment.
Payment is possible through the following international money transfer systems: Western Union, MoneyGram, Payoneer, Wise, PayPal, Binance.
If a package sent via International Air Mail is lost, we can initiate a search for it if one month has passed since the date of shipment and the package has not reached the recipient.
Funds for the lost package will be refunded to you immediately when:
- - the postal operator confirms the loss of the package during the search and compensates its value, or
- - the package is found and returned to the place of shipment. On the day of receiving the package, we will refund the payment for the order or resend the package, coordinating further actions with the customer.
Upon receiving the package, the recipient's country may impose customs duties according to its customs legislation.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns at CTRL = returns without any questions.
If the purchased or delivered product does not fit in size or for any other reason, the buyer has the right to return it or exchange it for a similar item within 14 days.
The cost of shipping for exchanges/returns is covered by the buyer. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the shipping is covered by us.
Refunds are processed immediately after receiving the returned goods to your card account.
Items purchased at CTRL store or partner stores (such as "Vsi Svoi," etc.) can only be returned to the same store where it was purchased.
According to Ukrainian legislation, some products are not eligible for return:
- - hats, caps, gloves, socks;
- - items showing signs of use, soiled with cosmetics, animal hair, laundered items, etc.
